Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSC) operates the CSC website (the "Site"), www.cscpbc.org. This Policy informs you of how CSC will collect, use, and disclose Personal Information it receives from users of the Site.
CSC uses information provided by you only to provide information about services and for operating, maintain, and improving the Site. By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection and Use
While using CSC’s Site, we may ask you to provide CSC with certain personally-identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally-identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email address and phone number.
CSC discloses Personal Information only to those of its employees and contractors that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on CSC’s behalf or to provide information about services available from or through CSC, and (ii) have agreed not to disclose it to others. Contractors are not permitted to use your mobile phone number for marketing or promotional purposes or for their own business purposes. Some of those contractor’s organizations may be located outside of your home country; by using the Site, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. CSC will not rent or sell Personal Information to anyone. CSC does provide a mechanism to decline the sharing of your phone number with any third-party. Other than to its employees and contractors, as described above, CSC discloses Personal Information only when required to do so by law, or when CSC believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of CSC, third parties or the public at large.
It may be necessary for CSC, its employees or contractors working on behalf of CSC to access the Site using your subscriber information to provide you with support or to perform certain maintenance tasks. This access happens on an as-needed basis only.
Log Data
Like many Site operators, CSC collects information that your browser sends whenever you visit CSC’s Site ("Log Data").
This Log Data may include information such as your computers Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of CSC’s Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

CSC may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information about CSC’s services or other information that you may find of interest.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of May 1, 2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
CSC reserves the right to update or change this Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after CSC posts any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
If CSC makes any material changes to this Privacy Policy, CSC will notify you either through the email address you have provided CSC, or by placing a prominent notice on CSC’s Site.
