CSC receives two national honors for employee health and wellness
Children's Services Council of Palm Beach County is honored to earn two national employee health and wellness awards from Cigna and Mental Health America (MHA). Both Cigna's Gold Healthy Workforce Designation and Mental Health America's Bell Seal Platinum Award reveal CSC's dedication to employee health and wellness.
CSC received the Cigna award for demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the health and vitality of our employees through a workplace well-being program. CSC was selected because it provides many resources to support employee well-being, including extensive employee health engagement programs.
CSC received the Bell Seal Platinum award from Mental Health America for its focus on workplace mental health. The Bell Seal is an unparalleled workplace mental health certification that recognizes employers who strive to improve employee mental health and create a psychologically safe workplace for all.

The Council is a local, special-purpose government created by Palm Beach County voters in 1986 and reauthorized in 2014. For more than 30 years, it has provided leadership, funding, services and research on behalf of the county’s children so they grow up healthy, safe and strong.
