Availability:
Children’s Services Council of Palm Beach County (CSC) Learning Center Facilities are available for use by (i) CSC-funded agencies and initiatives; (ii) other Palm Beach County nonprofit, adult, community groups; and (iii) Palm Beach County governmental entities, between 8 AM and 5 PM Monday through Friday. Any after-hour event requires: (1) a CSC or tenant connection and (2) CSC/tenant employee to be in attendance throughout the event. Users other than self-insured government agencies must provide CSC with a General Liability Insurance certificate naming CSC as a certificate holder. All users must agree to the Learning Center Facilities Use Agreement prior to receiving confirmation of a reservation.

When reserving a room, please allow at least 48 hours to process a request. An email confirmation will be generated once a request has been submitted. Please retain this email as it contains the link to return to your reservation.
Cancel a Reservation:
To cancel or reschedule a reservation, please e-mail the Learning Center at learning@cscpbc.org or contact the Learning Center Administrative Services at (561) 740-7000 ext. 2195 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. As our Learning Center Facilities space is in high demand, please provide at least two working days’ notice of cancellation.
Before/After-Hours Events:
Due to security, staffing, and other considerations, our Learning Center Facilities are not available for use before/after-hours or on weekends unless: (1) there is a CSC or tenant connection; and (2) a CSC/tenant employee is in attendance throughout the event.
Access May Be Declined:
Learning Center Facilities may not be used to promulgate or appear to promulgate the goals of any political party or candidate, nor for sectarian purposes. CSC reserves the right to decline access to any Organization promoting such activities.
Learning Center Facilities are not to be used to espouse hate or discriminatory activities, and CSC reserves the right to decline access to any Organization promoting such activities.
